Requirements
Minimum of three years experience overseeing and running commercial demolition projects with crews of at least four individuals
Must be able to read blueprints
Good communication skills
Clear understanding of the process of selective, interior, and exterior demolition, materials staging, equipment operation, and overall site cleanup

Laneco is now seeking qualified candidates for the position of Concrete Finisher.
Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for constructing forms according to plan specifications, smoothing out concrete, edging, crawling penetrations, rodding, and the ability to perform different finishing techniques. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to lift 75+lbs.
Responsibilities:
Lay out patterns, forms, or foundations according to plans
Cleaning and inspecting surfaces for pouring issues.
Pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete using a rake, trowel, float, and screed. This includes handheld tools and power tools.
Monitoring the effects of the weather on the curing process.
Applying sealing and hardening components.
Safely operating power tools and heavy equipment.
Molding and constructing expansion joints using joiners and edging tools.
Polishing surface.
Note: This position requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
