Laneco is now seeking qualified candidates for the position of Concrete Finisher. Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for constructing forms according to plan specifications, smoothing out concrete, edging, crawling penetrations, rodding, and the ability to perform different finishing techniques. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to lift 75+lbs. Responsibilities: • Lay out patterns, forms, or foundations according to plans • Cleaning and inspecting surfaces for pouring issues. • Pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete using a rake, trowel, float, and screed. This includes handheld tools and power tools. • Monitoring the effects of the weather on the curing process. • Applying sealing and hardening components. • Safely operating power tools and heavy equipment. • Molding and constructing expansion joints using joiners and edging tools. • Polishing surface. Note: This position requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
